実際の会話例（レストラン予約編）

「別府とり天」というレストランで働いている大分花子（おおいたはなこ）さんという設定で例文を作っています。お客さんはJohn Bensonという設定です。適宜変更して使ってください。

会話例

花子: Good afternoon, thank you for calling 別府とり天. This is Hanako Oita, how can I help you?

お客: Hello, I'd like to make a reservation, please.

花子: Of course. May I have your name, please ?

お客: My name is John Benson.

花子: Thank you, Mr Benson. And when would you like to dine with us?

お客: I'd like to make a reservation for July 30th at 7 p.m.

花子: Great choice! How many people will be in your party?

お客: It will be for two people.

花子: Excellent. Do you have any special requests?

お客: We prefer a table by the window if possible, and it's my wife's birthday, so if you could bring out a dessert with a candle, that would be wonderful.

★補足表現

男性のお客さんの名前を呼ぶときは、Mr（ミスター）＋苗字、女性の場合にはMs（ミズ）＋苗字が無難。（結婚しているかわからないため）
あいづちにはOKももちろん使えるが、Great! や Excellent, Sure, AbsolutelyもOf course など使うとさらに感じがよい。

実際の会話例（電話注文編）

「別府からあげ」というテイクアウトをやっている店で働いている豊後太郎（ぶんごたろう）さんという設定で例文を作っています。お客さんはAna Johnsonという設定です。適宜変更して使ってください。

太郎: Good evening. Thank you for calling 別府からあげ for take-away. This is Taro Bungo. How can I help you?

お客: Hello, I'd like to place an order for take-away, please.

太郎: Of course. May I have your name, please?

お客: My name is Ana Johnson.

太郎: Thank you, Ms Johnson. What items would you like to order?
